Nutritional and Dietary needs
Many of our community members at Stella Matutina Care Home require some degree of health and well-being monitoring. Our Home provides complimentary and customisable Nutritional and Dietary Counseling services for all our residents. By catering to the personal needs of each resident, we go just one step further to make everyone feel like they’re truly at home at Stella Matutina Care Home

Medication Monitoring
There comes a point in everyone’s life when they may no longer be able to take care of themselves. Nature calls for the families of each individual to take care of them, just as they were cared for when they were young. Unfortunately, careers and other matters of modern life can often make this a difficult task. Stella Matutina Care Home provides the support that retirees and their families require. Should a member of our Care home need medical treatment , day or night, a member of staff will always accompany to Drs appointments and hospital admissions. We understand and empathise that not all family members can accompany their loved ones, no matter how much they wish they could. Our caring staff make sure that no individual is left to face any health concern on their own.
Active Living
Throughout the week, we provide our residents with an Active Living schedule to make sure there’s always something exciting to look forward to at Stella Matutina Care Home. We’re passionate about providing opportunities for our residents to make new memories and friends while enjoying our services.

Retirement Community
Everyone ages. It is an inherent property of life. As our bodies and minds develop over time, we adapt to these changes by modifying our decisions and actions. The later years of life can be especially challenging, but Stella Matutina Care Home is here to help. At Stella Matutina Care Home, we listen to the needs of our residents in order to understand their limitations and discuss potential solutions. We work with our community members to customise options that will help them lead the lives they want.
Stella Matutina Care Home is situated on the seaward side of Clifton Drive approximately 200 meters south of the White Church at Fairhaven and some 500 meters north of Lytham Square.
The extensive south - west facing grounds over look the constantly changing vista of the Ribble estuary, to Southport and beyond.
This one time substantial gentlemen's residence has been since 1934 in the ownership of The Sisters of Charity of Jesus and Mary, a charity founded in Belgium in 1803, and who now provide caring services in several countries throughout the world. It is this link with the Sisters that gives Stella Matutina Care Home its unique atmosphere of caring, calm, respect and dignity. In recent years the property has benefited from a major refurbishment and offers very high standards of accommodation and facilities, combined with a truly caring approach in a homely and relaxed atmosphere.
Our aim is to provide our residence with high quality care and services that respect them as individuals with ther own rights and responsibilities. We hope to enable them to achieve and maintain the highest level of independence possible, and to be able to exercise choice in the way they live their lives
